ELIGIBILITY
The return must be requested within 3 (three) day(s) from the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tag(s( and packaging intact. Used item(s) are not subject to any refund.
STORE CREDIT
In the event of a return request being accepted, we do not offer refund(s). You will be issued a store credit worth the value of the item(s) at the time of your purchase. The credit can be used on any future purchase(s) at myqov.in and will be valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
IN-TRANSIT DAMAGE
Our shipment(s) go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for an exchange. Please inspect your item upon delivery and take a picture of any visible damage. Claim(s) for in-transit damage must be reported within 24 hour(s) of receiving the product to be eligible for assistance. In such case(s), we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available then a store credit will be issued.
WEAR & TEAR
Over time, normal wear and tear is not considered a fault or defect in the product. Product(s) showing sign(s) of usage, damage due to improper care, or aging will not be eligible for return or exchange under this policy.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@myqov.in within 3 (three) day(s) of receiving your order. We will provide instruction(s) on how to proceed.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost(s), except in case(s) where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
NON ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Item(s) purchased on sale, clearance, or with promotional discount(s) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation is accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
REDUND
If cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 working day(s) for the refund to appear in your account. We do not offer cash refund(s).
POST-PROCESSIONG CANCELLATION
If cancellation is not accepted because the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to the standard return policy.
